Politics entirely aside, it is in the low sixties here, the sky is clear, I have a cup of hot tea, a new book, comfortable patio furniture, an apartment that actually has a patio ( a VERY rare occurrence in my price range in Little Rock) and no early morning obligations tomorrow. I have been richly blessed.

I am going to mail you a stack of things I need help with. Enjoy the affordability of Little Rock. In the Northeast, that is not the case. Here apartments cost what homes cost down South.
